Aircrew Precision Medical Logistics is a veteran-owned and minority-owned medical courier company in development, with a planned focus on San Antonio and Bexar County.
Founder Carlton O. McDonald, Jr. brings U.S. Navy aircrew experience during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, along with a background in technical field service, customer service, project management, and logistics coordination. That experience shapes an approach centered on preparation, communication, and attention to detail.
Our goal is to support laboratories, clinics, pharmacies, physician groups, and healthcare suppliers with dependable local transportation and direct owner accountability.

STAT & on-demand delivery
Time-sensitive local transport, quoted according to urgency, distance, shipment requirements, and confirmed courier availability.
Diagnostic specimen transport
Transport of properly packaged diagnostic specimens, with shipment-specific packaging, custody, and handling requirements agreed before acceptance.
Pharmacy & medical supplies
Authorized noncontrolled pharmacy deliveries, medical supplies, and equipment within agreed handling and vehicle capacity limits.
Sealed medical records
Delivery of sealed records between authorized parties, with attention to secure handling and documented handoff.
Launch services are being developed. Availability will be confirmed before booking. Evening, weekend, and holiday assignments depend on scheduling and trained backup capacity. Organ and tissue transport, controlled substances, Category A substances, and medical waste are outside the initial scope.
